It 12 TECH 6932 in 261.99 out 265.17 @seq 65.0s tells the robot what it is looking at, and how to clean. 13 TECH 6934 in 5.10 out 12.48 @seq 68.3s the Shark Everloop Mop is a track style mop that is continuously rotating and moving 14 TECH 6934 in 14.57 out 21.98 @seq 75.7s and at the same time, it has been cleaned with fresh hot / water, and any debris that is on the mop is being scraped away in real time. 15 TECH 6934 in 108.40 out 118.05 @seq 83.1s The robot will even go back to the dock / and wash itself completely before coming back out / to clean the rest of your home. / That's how we make sure we're getting the job done. 16 TESTING 6936 in 12.12 out 29.46 @seq 92.8s we have done extensive testing. In lab environments, where we are doing repeated test of the exact same scenario, and in real homes, so we can make sure that no matter what kind of home, with what kind of debris and layout, this robot can handle it all. 17 FOOD 6936 in 110.68 out 122.36 @seq 110.2s We've been cleaning soy sauce. We've been huge amounts of soy sauce, like, 300 ML of soy sauce is on the floor, and this robot is going around to clean it. We've been doing testing with honey. 18 FOOD 6936 in 122.72 out 129.86 @seq 121.8s Are you gonna use these things in the video? Like, as voiceover, like, 'cause I'm looking at you, is why I'm asking. 19 FOOD 6936 in 134.52 out 154.74 @seq 129.0s Yeah, so we've been testing with copious amounts of food debris. We are also testing with a huge maze of USB cables on the floor, and how does the robot interact with that? That's not gonna happen in your house, but we want to make sure that it is equipped to do extreme scenario, to deal with extreme scenarios like that. 20 FOOD 6936 in 161.95 out 169.77 @seq 149.2s Even scenarios that might not happen in your homes. We want to feel confident that the robot can deal with extreme scenarios like that. 21 BENEFITS 6936 in 230.00 out 250.03 @seq 157.1s The robot in your home allows you to gain back your time. You said it, you can even set routines. Every day 11 a.m. It should clean your house in a particular order. Your kids' room, maybe more messy than other rooms. You can just set that once and forget about it. It is going to reliably clean your home, and if you'll get a notification when it's done. 22 MICHELLE 6944 in 10.30 out 14.95 @seq 177.2s Hi, I'm Michelle Power. I'm a director of product development at Shap Ninja ApEC. 23 MICHELLE 6944 in 40.65 out 144.00 @seq 181.8s at Shark Ninja. It's really important that we understand the consumer problem. That's where we start when we consider what products we want to bring to market. So for us, we spend a lot of time in consumers homes in Seoul. and in Tokyo. And when you go into home, you talk to consumers, you observe them, you learn a lot, right? And the robot is all about positively impacting people's lives through saving time, right? It's an age old problem. But when it comes to robots, what is most important is you want something that cleans really well, that you don't have to intervene with or doesn't add any extra stress. You shouldn't have to look after the robot. So for this project, what we discovered through being in homes in Seoul and Tokyo was that homes in our markets are very complex. We looked at the floor type, we looked at many different objects, and size of homes. And what we learned is that, really, if a robot is going to save our consumers time, it needs to bubble to effectively navigate its way around the home. So that was a really key piece of insight for us. Of course, you want to save time, right? So not having to look after it. You want that peace of mind. Also, of course, cleaning is really, really important, and being in our consumers' homes, the floor is integral, right? It's lived on, that feel of the clean floor under feet, was really, really important. So, making sure we bring to market a product that delivers performance and has that great work cleaning performance was key. 24 MICHELLE 6945 in 38.73 out 62.40 @seq 285.2s So we went into homes in Seoul, in Tokyo, and studied our consumers. And what we learned is that there's complex home types, lots of different obstacles that are unique to our consumers. And so having a robot that can effectively navigate its way around the home is really important. One, you didn't have to intervene with, and one that could clean really well, and ultimately 25 MICHELLE 6945 in 121.70 out 139.34 @seq 308.9s so we went into homes in Seoul and Tokyo, and / what we observed is that homes are really complex, there's lots of obstacles, and for a robot to really positively impact people's lives. It needs to move around effectively. and clean really well. So that was really important in site for it. and driver for this product. 26 MICHELLE 6945 in 204.60 out 213.27 @seq 326.6s Shark Ninja, we're all about delivering products that our consumers love. So we obsess about every little detail to make sure we bring that to life. 27 MICHELLE 6945 in 471.66 out 478.41 @seq 335.2s So the great thing about Shark IQ and Zen AI is it seems like you do and thinks like you do, right? 28 MICHELLE 6945 in 615.69 out 634.96 @seq 342.0s the beauty with evolution technology with this mopping system is you've got a really large surface area, but it is continuously rotating with fresh water being applied. So what that means is you get clean mop, always cleaning your floor, and a large surface area, so more area, cleaning in one pass. 29 MICHELLE 6945 in 753.95 out 777.45 @seq 361.3s So what we observed in the market was there were robots that would mop, but they would take that same mop and move that through that stain or that mess. We wanted to provide a fresh, clean mopping surface every time we go through a new stain, / so that's what we have without your loop technology. Large surface area. It's rotating continuously, with fresh water being applied so that you have a clean surface cleaning your floor. 30 MICHELLE 6945 in 837.07 out 839.18 @seq 384.9s So testing is really important for us. 31 MICHELLE 6945 in 849.75 out 865.12 @seq 387.0s so we do a lot of industry standard tests. We make sure it passes, we set very high standards. But what's kind of more fun is we also really pressure test the product ourselves. So between the team, we love to see what we can throw at it, what can it handle, 32 MICHELLE 6946 in 65.37 out 81.21 @seq 402.4s But on the fun side, we also like to really pressure test it here in house. We throw everything we can at it. There's been a lot of soy sauce, ketchup, rice thrown all over our floor here in the office, making sure our product cleans it effectively. 33 MICHELLE 6946 in 154.54 out 160.95 @seq 418.3s What we're most proud of as a team is bringing to market a product that saves you time and cleans really well. 34 MICHELLE 6946 in 179.55 out 189.94 @seq 424.8s I love this product.
